The Proposer must be highly strategic in order to assist PSTA's in providing the requested services and help to
navigate future challenges and opportunities. The advertising campaign must be multi-platform and integrated
to maximize effectiveness, and be responsive to changes in the media marketplace and consumer behavior.
The Proposer must demonstrate its ability to reach and influence new customers as well as develop
communication strategies to retain our current riders. The Proposer must commit a team of experienced
professionals to the account who have experience outreaching to a diverse population, are fully immersed in
the business from top to bottom, highly detail-oriented, and who are constantly striving to improve what they
do.
