Marketiing for the PTSD consult program
Purpose
The National Center for PTSD (NCPTSD) would like to obtain contracted services to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans with the goals of:
Increasing the number of consultation requests coming from community providers to the PTSD Consultation Program
Increasing the number of visitors to the NCPTSD website, as well as the number using NCPTSD products; and Increasing the number of partners working to spread awareness of PTSD during special times of the year such as PTSD Awareness Month
The marketing plans will include a combination of market research, Search Engine Marketing, online and social media advertisements, and all accompanying printed and promotional materials/inserts and webpage enhancements. The PTSD Consultation Program marketing plan will also include print media advertisements, direct mail and email marketing, development and distribution of press releases, the development of a social media presence including dissemination of a blog, a review and update of the program's website, and building relationships with partners and stakeholders.
The contract is to act as the National Center for PTSD's agent to purchase media, web-based marketing and advertising, and print advertising; develop/distribute flyers/direct mail pieces; make web page enhancements; as well as manage, coordinate, track, and quantify results.
This is a Pre-Solicitation and offers will not be accepted from this pre-solicitation.
