SIR- Landscaping and Ground Keeping Service at the Federal Aviation Administration, HSV SSC/ ATCT:
The purpose of this Request for Offer (RFO) is to seek competent and qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, notifications, license, permits, fees and supervision necessary to provide Landscaping and Ground Keeping at the Huntsville Air Traffic Control Towers (ATCT) in Huntsville, AL, in accordance with the specifications, contract clauses, terms, conditions and wage rates.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561730 -- Landscaping Services.
An OPTIONAL site visit will be offered. Details on the site visit are as follows:

Contractors interested in attending the site visit will be required to notify the Contracting Officer in writing of their interest in attending and provide their name, phone number, email address, and name of company they will be representing. In addition, contractors interested in attending the site visit will be required to schedule the visit with the site contact, Tim Stafford, at least a week in advance and provide the names of all individuals who will be attending the site visit.
All contractors proposing this project desiring an interpretation or clarification of the statement of work, contract terms and conditions, etc., must make the request by e-mail to Randie Thornton at randie.ctr.thornton@faa.gov. TELEPHONE QUESTIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The requestor must provide a company name, point-of-contact name, address and telephone number; as well as a return e-mail address. The Contracting Officer is the only person authorized to make clarifications, interpretations, or changes to this solicitation. Final questions regarding this RFO are due by July 22nd, 10am (CST).
