The purpose of this posting is to identify vendors that have the capability to retrofit one existing Model PTX-100 80ft Relocatable Tower to have the ability to operate hydrogen fuel source with an additional (second) trailer.
The items added will be as follows.

2X 2.5kW Hydrogen Fuel Cell Engines providing 48V DC Power
12x Composite Dot rated Cylinders with FIP regulator
Communication Modem for remote monitoring option
Initial Hydrogen Fill
Tether Cable to transfer power to the RT Power Management System

The Original Equipment Manufacturer, Tower Solutions LLC., Mendota Heights, MN, is the sole proprietary source for the technical data and drawings. The FAA does not have specifications or drawings available for release.

The purpose of this announcement is to conduct a market survey to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from interested vendors in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.1.2.1. This market survey will enable the FAA to review responses that are current and will assist with acquisition planning based on current data. Responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only.

The FAA will review the responses to this Market Survey and will make appropriate acquisition planning decisions that best meet the FAAbs needs. The results of the Market Survey will assist the FAA to determine the extent of the requirement that may be set-aside for small businesses, socially and economically disadvantaged small businesses [8(a)] and Service disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code and size effort applicable to this requirement:

NAICS: 332312 (500) Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing
Size Standard: 500 Employees

Interested firms submitting a response are requested to provide the following information:
COMPANY INFORMATION
- Name and address of company
- Point of contact (name, title, telephone number, and email address)

CAPABILITY STATEMENT b This document should identify the following:
- Capability of providing the services
- Number of years in business

VERIFICATION OF SAM REGISTRATION
- Include DUNs information

Interested firms are asked to submit a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification if applicable.

The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to this announcement. Therefore any cost associated with the submission is solely at the interested vendorbs expense.

All responses to this market survey should be received by 5:00 p.m. Central (Oklahoma) Time, Wednesday, July 17, 2019. The FAA prefers that all submittals, including attachments, be submitted electronically to the Contract Specialist using the following email address:
