Market Research for the Finance and Construction of Correctional Facilities
Miami-Dade County is requesting information from qualified business entities with proven expertise and experience in the financing, design and construction of correctional or related facilities, including support facilities, for local governments. This is a Request for Information (RFI) being issued to determine the interest in, and request suggestions on, the development potential for a New Krome Detention Center (the Center) on County property located just below U.S. 41 (Tamiami Trail) and just west of Krome Avenue.
