The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of Research Services (ORS), Division of Veterinary Resources (DVR),contemplates issuing on a competitive basis a single indefinite quantity award for the purpose of supporting NIH investigators with acquisition, quarantine and conditioning for all Canines used at the NIH facilities.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; submissions are being requested and an additional written solicitation will not be issued.
