Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) is conducting a Market Survey to determine the level of interest among qualified Contractors in providing Spare Parts for range equipment previously procured.

The purposes of this market survey are to aid in the development of an acquisition strategy, identify the number of potential offerors, and gather information for planning purposes about the capabilities of industry sources, as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation 15.201(e). The input will help ACC-WRN ascertain the interest, capability, and capacity of all potential offerors. The projected ordering period will be five years.

General description of Equipment Requiring Spare Parts:


Potential future contracting actions may solicit for the procurement of various types of spare parts specific to end items procured under Army Targetry Systems (ATS) I/ ATS II. The ability to procure parts to maintain each of these ranges will result in further capability to sustain existing Army ranges at over 90 Sustainable Range Program (SRP) Installations. The following is a sample list of end items that the Army has a need to acquire spare parts for:

• Known Distance (KD) targets
• Iron Maidens
• Lifting Shields
• Tower Data Interfaces
