The City of San Antonio's Neighborhood Commercial Revitalization (NCR) Program is currently seeking assistance from an experienced professional Consultant to conduct an independent market analysis and research study of the Avenida Guadalupe Commercial District. Submittals must be received in the NCR Program Office of the Housing & Neighborhood Services Department at 1400 S. Flores, San Antonio, Texas no later than 4 p.m. on February 2, 2007.
