The purpose of Amendment 1 is to address the following questions. MCC's responses are highlighted in bold.

What do you consider a fee? Money charged to the US government or recipient, or both? Funds charged to either party would be considered as a fee.

The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is Requesting Information (RFI) as part of its market research to determine whether there are financial services providers which have the capability to transfer funds to bank accounts in the US and to all of the partner countries listed at the link above in either USD or the foreign currency .

Furthermore, and as part of an responses to this RFI, MCC seeks to determine whether there are financial services providers who are willing and able to offer payment services of the type described without fee. If fees are assessed, respondents should clearly describe those fees, the amount and whether they are applicable to US dollar transactions, foreign currency transactions, or both. In addition, please indicate whether any discounts would be applicable in the context of the volume of average annual transactions included in the introduction of this RFI.

The information provided in the RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. This RFI does not commit MCC to issue a solicitation, contract for any supply or service. Responders are advised that MCC will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI, and release of this RFI should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought.

All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ. It is the potential offerors responsibility to monitor for the release of the solicitation.
