The purpose of this RFI is for Market Research only In Accordance With (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 and is being issued IAW FAR 15.201(e) to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience under NAICS code 928110 that may be able to meet the requirements for the AN/MSN-7 CLS effort. This is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract shall be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursements shall be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow up information requests. Nothing shall be construed herein or through this market research process to commit or obligate the Government to further action as a result of this research. Contractors not responding to this RFI will not be precluded from participation in any future solicitation, if issued
