This SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE is issued for the purpose Market Research only and the Government is in no way obligated to purchase any product as a result of this inquiry. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Pacific is seeking additional sources for market ready items.

The delivery locations will be Department of Defense (DoD) customers that include Oahu Troops Support, Galleys, United States Naval Ships (USNS) and land-based customers, on the Island of Oahu, State of Hawaii. 


Interested parties shall provide the following information to the Government: (1) Name of Company - include company address, a contact person's name, telephone number, and email address; (2) Company size (please specify as either large, small business, etc.); (3) Describe in detail the firm's capability to provide the items listed below, along with the item lead times. Respondents should include applicable Duns and Bradstreet Number (DUNS), Tax Identification Number (TIN) and System for Award Management (SAM) Commercial Government Entity (CAGE) code number.


Prospective offerors must have the capability to provide all of the items listed below.  The estimated usage rate (quantity ordered) is for one-year (12-month) period.

All information submitted will be held in confidential manner and will only be used for planning purposes. The Government will not pay for materials furnished in response to this notice. Submittals furnished will not be returned to the sender.

All vendors providing information to the Federal Government are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) registry with NAICS code 424410 (general line grocery merchant wholesalers).  The small business standard under this NAICS code is 250 employees.


Responses must be received no later than 7:00 a.m. Hawaiian Standard Time (HST) on May 30, 2017.
