This RFP is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of consulting services to identify best practices in market characterization studies. It is expected that this will involve a scan and evaluation of completed Market Characterization studies.
The purpose is to inform a potential OPA initiative for a Market Characterization Study in Ontario.
