Marine Survey
This solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with
Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. Naval Surface Warfare
Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to award a firm fixed price
(FFP) contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures to have USN service craft MATSS (IX-524) inspected for high-level deviations from ABS Steel Barge Rules.

The requirement is solicited as a small business set-aside. To be
acceptable, the offerer must be a small business. Vendors not identified as
small businesses will not be considered for this requirement.
Period for Q&A ends on 19 August 2019 at 2pm EST.
