The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Regional Acquisition, Norfolk, VA on behalf of Office of National Ocean Services (NOS) Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management is soliciting a requirement to conduct water sampling in the Mariana Islands, Western Pacific Region. Provide all labor, material and equipment in accordance with the attached Statements of Work.
This RFQ is open market. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330, which has a corresponding size standard of 1,000 employees.
Solicitation number EA-133C-14-RQ-0525 will be issued May 30, 2014 and will close June 20, 2014.
The total period of performance for all work specified in the Statement of Work is one year from the award date for these operations.
Evaluation factors for Award
The Government will issue a firm fixed price purchase order to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the solicitation results in the best value to the Government; lowest price technically acceptable.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The anticipated award date is on or about June 25, 2014.
