This will be a firm-fixed price contract, 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside, awarded to the offer that represents the overall best value and lowest risk to the government.

An Offeror is required to be registered in SAM when submitting an offer or quotation in order for its offer to be considered responsive, IAW the Solicitation Provision 52.204-7 SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT.
Offers will be evaluated on the basis of Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), and using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).
Details on how government will evaluate offers for this specific requirement are found in the Solicitation Provision 52.212-2 EVALUATION - COMMERCIAL ITEMS.
For a Quote to be considered Responsive, at minimum, the offer must be submitted on time to the email above, and must include:
- the offeror's name as it is registered in SAM
