AMENDMENT 0004:

The purpose of this amendment is to respond to vendor questions.


Question: How many cases are there?
Answ er: The contract is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract. The Government can only guarantee the minimum set forth in the solicitation.


Question: Is the plan to ship the cases to the contractor for assessment and repair or can the contractor visit the site to make assessments?
Answ er: The cases w ill be shipped to the contractor for repair as needed. The Government w ill dictate the level of repair needed by placing
orders against the CLINs established in the solicitation and final contract.
