This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation and offers are being requested.
Solicitation number SPM4A8-14-X-0051 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This is notice of the Government's intent to issue a firm-fixed price contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.1, full and open competition and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 48 CFR 12.603.
Description of requirements: Manual Lathe in accordance with Salient Characteristics VIBB 14-18-1005 dated May 15, 2014. Performance period/completion date is 60 days after receipt of order. FOB Destination; Inspection, and Acceptance at Destination. Destination is Mechanicsburg, PA 17050.
