Manchester Bridge Structural Inspection Analysis
The City of Richmond, hereinafter referred to as (the City") is seeking proposals for
professional services from qualified consulting engineers so called
CONSULTANT(S)to complete a Structural and Maintenance Inspection, Scope of
Work and Construction Plans including complete Paint Details and Paint Schedule,
and Construction Administration for the Manchester Bridge mainline and ramps and
the 8th Avenue over Semmes Avenue, (US Rt. 60) EB and WB bridges.
