Management of Telemetry Data
The State is soliciting proposals for Management of VHF and PTT data. The purpose of this contract is to maintain a master file of merged caribou data from Global Positioning System (GPS) and Platform Terminal Transmitter (PTT) radio collars, link the PTT and GPS data to Very High Frequency (VHF) caribou observations, and provide post-acquisition processing with regard to location accuracy and characteristics of the collared caribou.
