Management of Health and Wellness Center Services
Pursuant to the Virginia Public Procurement Act, the Virginia Housing Development
Authority ("VHDA") requests proposals to provide fitness, recreation and wellness program
services for VHDAs Health and Wellness Center. The purpose of the Health and Wellness
Center is to provide a high quality program designed to improve the current health and
fitness level of associates and contractors.
Before submitting proposals, please make all investigations and examinations necessary to
ascertain all conditions and requirements affecting the full performance of the proposed
contract. This includes physical inspections of the premises.
