Management of Commercial Solid Waste Collection
The City is soliciting sealed proposals from experienced and qualified Service Providers who are interested in entering into an initial 4 yr contract to exclusively provide Commercial Solid Waste Collection and Recyclables Collection Services to the City in exchange for a Franchise Fee of no less than 15% of the gross revenue collected. In addition to an initial 4 yr exclusive contract term, the contract shall also contain an Option for 2 additional 24 month terms.
To participate in this solicitation, Prospective Service Providers must have a minimum of 5 yr’s experience in providing such services to other municipalities or government entities and be able to provide proof of financial stability.
