Management of Certain Academically Unacceptable Campuses
It is the intent of the Agency to solicit proposals from qualified non-profit management entities to assume management of certain campuses identified as unacceptable or its equivalent for two or more consecutive school years under the criteria established in the state's accountability rating system.
