Management and Leadership Training
The Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intend to procure support services to provide management and leadership training for the Office of Training and Development (OTD). The contractor will be required to provide an executive academic program to develop a broad perspective on management and leadership issues for a law enforcement organization and to cultivate strong abilities in the OPM (Office of Personnel Management) Executive Core Qualifications (ECQ). The program will be used as a management tool for change, helping senior leadership to institutionalize new behaviors, practices, cultures and values on an organization-wide basis. The target audience will consist of a mix of senior managers in the organization.
