Management Services for Capper/Carrollsburg Parking Lots
DC Housing Enterprises ("DCHE"), a nonprofit corporation of the District of Columbia,
is seeking proposals on behalf of the District of Columbia Housing Authority ("DCHA"), an
independent authority of the District of Columbia, from interested and qualified Parking Facility
Operators ("Proposer" or "Operator") desiring to operate the parking lots to be located at 601 L
Street SE, 200 K Street SE and 200 L Street SE, Washington, D.C. (collectively the "Parking
Lots") and provide related services for a one (1) year term commencing on or about March 1,
2008 with up to four (4) one (1) year renewal options exercisable by DCHA by written notice
given ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the annual term then in effect. In addition,
commencing no later than ten (10) days after selection of a Proposer and execution of the
Management Agreement, the selected Operator will be required at DCHE's election to provide
assistance to DCHE regarding revenue control equipment, space layout and other operational
matters. Your response should identify the persons who will be assigned to provide these
services and the fee for providing such services.
