Management Oversight of Homeless Services Continuum of Care

The Department is seeking a Contractor to provide management oversight for the homeless services continuum of care which includes a network of service providers, who will provide services to individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. There are approximately 17,000 homeless persons that are in need of emergency shelter, transitional housing, and permanent housing with supportive services.
