Management Consulting Services Video Lottery Terminals
Seeking Management Consulting Services in connection with the State of Maryland's Video Lottery Terminal (VLT) expansion program. Pursuant to VLT Law, State Government Article, Title 9, Subtitle 1A, Annotated Code of Maryland, each Licensee must comply with the Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) requirements that are part of the Licensee agreement. The VLT Law requires Governor's Office of Minority Affairs (GOMA) to monitor the Licensee's compliance with the MBE requirements specifically as they relate to: A) construction of the physical VLT facility, and B) any other procurements related to the development, management and operation of the VLT facility.
