Management Communication System
Purpose
The Metropolitan Government is
requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms for the purchase of the following
products and services:
telephone-based hotline system that lets Police Department employees communicate their ideas, suggestions, concerns and
questions directly to management in a confidential manner.
Scope of Services
The contractor will provide access to a toll-free telephone number for all employees.
The contractor will provide one or more private voicemail boxes so eligible employees can leave a recorded message. Details regarding use of
the private voicemail boxes will be determined jointly by management
and the contractor.
The contractor will record all telephone calls from employees and
provide management with written transcripts of all calls when
requested by Metro.
