Management, Lease or Purchase of Tanglewood Golf Course
The City of Fulton, Missouri, requests written proposals from parties interested in being the
contract manager of Tanglewood Public Golf Course in Fulton, Missouri. Proposals from
prospective management companies/teams should detail their qualifications and outline a plan of
work for the management of this golf course. We are principally looking to contract with a
company/team/individual to manage the clubhouse, pro-shop and restaurant, but alternate
proposals to buy the entire course and operations, lease the course, or manage the entire operation
may be entertained.
