Managed WiFi, and Managed Firewall
Description: Receive pricing for Managed WiFi, Managed Firewall and minimum of 100/10 Mbps Internet at three sites in 12 Hawaii Army National Guard (HIARNG) facilities. Quotes due NLT November 30, 2017.
Site 1 at Kalaealoa, 91-1179 Enterprise Ave includes: Building numbers 19, 29, 117, 282, and 1898
Site 2 at Bellows, 711 Tinker Road includes: Building numbers 710, 711, 712, 713, and 714
Site 3 at Waiawa, 96-1210 Waihona includes: Building numbers 1 and 2317
Vendor provide all necessary, hardware, software and supplies necessary to provide WiFi capabilities for tenants in each building. All three services (Managed WiFi, Managed Firewall and minimum of 100/10 Mbps) are to be bundled as a package. This will be a 1 year service with 5 year terms.
Managed WiFi to include services at three National Guard (NG) locations in 12 HIARNG facilities. WiFi service coverage is specified throughout buildings and security configuration determined by the HIARNG. Service should include installation, trouble shooting, monitoring, reporting, hardware replacements and 24x7x365 on-island support. Floorplan and walkthrough provided upon request.
Managed Firewall to include services at three HIARNG locations. Services to include hardware replacements, trouble shooting, monitoring and reporting with 24x7x365 on-island support. Security configuration and content filtering specified by HIARNG. Service features to include:
1. Firewall Access Control Lists
2. Intrusion Protection
3. Content and URL Filtering
4. Anti-Malware
5. Application Control
Internet to include service at that three HIARNG locations. Either symmetrical or asymmetrical business class Internet connection, bandwidth minimum speed of 100 x 10 Mbps.
