Managed Service Provider (MSP) Statewide Master
The State is giving notice of a request for proposal to enter into a State Master Contract with a single Vendor (i.e., Managed Services Provider-MSP) to source, manage and administer the contractual resource engagement process for the State. It is the State's intention to have a MSP who is capable of sourcing, managing, and administering the full life-cycle of the State's contractual workforce.
