Managed Print Services
To address on-going efficiencies, cost effectiveness opportunities, and to reduce negative environmental impact, the City, as part of the City Manager's initiative, proposes the consolidation and optimization of printers, copiers, scanners, and multi-functional devices (MFD's) city-wide. This project's main focus is reducing the total cost of ownership by consolidating and replacing local printers, network printers, copiers, scanners, and multifunction devices.
