The managed services vendor must have previous experience supporting a K-12 environment similar in size and scope of the current CCS environment. This experience must be clearly documented, including references, in the response to this RFP. The managed services vendor will be responsible for maintaining/upgrading as well as improving the operational status of the current CCS IT Architecture.
