3. What subspecialty healthcare services are currently available/utilized through the telehealth platform?
Psychology.
4. What are the pill window administration times for each of the institutions?
LOW: 6 a.m., 11 a.m., and 4 p.m.
MED: 6 a.m., 11 a.m., and 4 p.m.
USP: 6 a.m., 11 a.m., and 4 p.m.
CAMP: 6 a.m., 11 a.m., and 4 p.m.
5. How many medical trips does each institution average per month?
Each institution averages 3 trips per day.
6. What is the average number of patients per month that are hospitalized offsite at a contracted hospital?
5 - 6 patients per month.
7. What are the locations of the Pyxis Systems at each of the institutions?
Dental, Urgent Care, and Pharmacy.
8. Are the Pyxis Systems owned by FBOP or leased? If owned, who pays for the maintenance of the systems and what are the associated costs? If leased, who pays the lease of the systems and what are the associated costs?
The FBOP leases the Pyxis Systems and pays the associated costs.
9. Is a PBX connection required for new telemedicine connectivity?
No.
10. Please clarify if the contractor will be required to purchase the Federally approved telemedicine cart or may we use our preferred telemedicine cart.
A contractor may use a telemedicine cart subject to prior approval by the FBOP.
