The Bank is requesting proposals from potential vendors who can provide a fully Managed End-to-End Cisco TelePresence Services and Equipment ("System") to the Bank. The proposal presented by Offerors should be able to describe a turnkey solution for equipment installation, of service and operational support and will assume four (4) year operational support and maintenance responsibility for all existing Bank TelePresence sites (4-6 sites), multiple sites, high-definition Cisco TelePresence TX9000 endpoints for up to 18 participants per room per site globally.
