Managed Care Services
The State of Texas is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified managed care organizations to provide STAR+PLUS managed care services for aged, blind, and disabled Medicaid clients in the Dallas and Tarrant Service Areas in accordance with the specifications contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP). HHSC will select no less than four (4) managed care organizations (two per service area) to provide STAR+PLUS Covered Services in these Service Areas.
