Managed Care Organization for the Delivery of Managed Long-Term Care in Selected Service Areas
The Department is requesting proposals from entities seeking certification by DHS to contract as managed care organizations (MCOs) for the delivery of the Family Care and Family Care Partnership programs in selected service areas. Family Care and Family Care Partnership are health and long-term care programs for low-income frail elders and adults with developmental or physical disabilities who have long-term care needs.
