Manage a Kinship Care Resource Center
MThe Department intends to acquire a qualified Contractor to manage a Care Resource Center in the State. The Resource Center will provide information and referrals as well as supportive
services to both formal and informal kinship care providers throughout the state. It is anticipated
that only one contract will be awarded as the result of this RFP. The Contract resulting from this
RFP shall be for an initial period of two (2) years beginning on or about September 1, 2009
through August 31, 2011. In addition, there will be one (1) one-year renewal option which may be
exercised at the sole discretion of the State.
