The Town is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified firms and individuals for the potential management or operation and maintenance of the area described above. The purpose of this solicitation is to tap the creativity of the private sector to explore what, if any, options may exist to utilize Shallow Creek in a way that maximizes its potential as parkland and as a recreational facility.
