Make Ready Services for leased residential quarters
Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The U.S. Consulate General Milan, Italy will launch the solicitation on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website when it is available. The solicitation covers scheduled and unscheduled make-ready, maintenance, and repair services at U.S. Consulate General Milan leased residential housing units. The Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to perform all services as required in the contract.
Anticipated performance is for one base period and four one-year periods at the option of the U.S. Government. Total estimated number of properties to be serviced per year: 38.
All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered.
The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
Please note that in order to be eligible for a U.S. Government award SAM registration is required pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of proposals.
