Major Widening
The work encompasses widening Interstate 10 from four lanes to six lanes including the reconstruction of interchange ramps and bridges. The work consists of widening two AASHTO Type IV precast girder bridges, earthwork, pavement removal, furnishing and placing aggregate base and asphaltic concrete, extending box and pipe culverts, signing and marking, and other incidental work. The amount programmed for this contract is $49,800,000.
