Maintenance Service for 2 Government Owned Multi-Functional Devices/Copiers, Model Lexmark X950DE, SN: 7558102531159 and 7558102531077.
The contractor shall provide on-site labor and material to maintain the equipment provided for preventive maintenance to be performed per manufacturer's maintenance schedule. Repair service shall also be executed whenever requested by DLA Document Services or their supported DoD customer.
The copiers/MFD's must receive adjustments, repairs and preventive care from certified personnel only using autorized OEM parts, in addition, service contract to include all parts, labor, drums, developer, and staples with the exception of paper and network service.
The contractor is responsible to comply with all rules and regulations to obtain installation access in order to meet all response times stated in the Statement of WOrk (SOW). The contractor shall comply with Base Access and Vehicle Registration requirements regarding contractor-owned and contractor employee privately owned vehicles as set forth in the Base/Command Regulations. All vehicles, including those with passes and decals are subject to random searcg at any time.
DLA Document Services will maintain a maintenance contract on the attached Government owned devices. The Government owned devices are vendor brand.
Period Of Performance (POP): September 1, 2014 - August 31, 2016 renewable each Fisval Year (FY), starting Ocober and ending in September.
