Maintenance of the Special Operations Mission Planning Environment SOFTools/Timeline Viewer Synchronization Software Suite.
The Aviation Integration Directorate (AID) intends to modify an existing contract (W91215-13-C-0002) that was awarded on a sole-source basis, in May 2013, to Spectrum Comm, Inc., Newport News, VA (CAGE Code 1LXY1) for maintenance on the legacy mission synchronization software product in support of USSOCOM requirements.
All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
