Maintenance of the Environmental Monitoring System and Intrusion Detection System

The contractor will provide all required Emergency Service Responses on a 24-7-365 basis if necessary to restore an operational problem and restore normal operation; a technician shall be on-site within 24 hours of the first report to the contractor.
