Synopsis for Solicitation number N0018918Q0142 (US Navy Fleet Week New York Hotel Lodging Services b Staten Island, NY)
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a firm fixed-price commercial contract for hotel lodging services as required by Commander, Navy Region Mid-Atlantic (CNRMA), Commander, Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (CNECC), Commander, Navy Reserve Forces Command (CNRFC), Commander, Carrier Strike Group TEN (CCSG-10) and Commander, Naval Meteorology and Oceanography Command (CNMOC). The procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 b Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 b Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
The period of performance will take place from 18 May 2018 through 30 May 2018.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 721110 bHotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels; the Size Standard is $32.5M. This is a competitive, 100% Small Business Set Aside contracting action.

Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations.
By submitting an offer, the offeror is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States.
