Maintenance of Government Quarters, USAG Bavaria, Hohenfels
1. The contract is for Maintenance of Government Quarters within USAG Bavaria, Hohenfels Military Community which includes cleaning work, repair and interior painting work, repair and replacement of floors, and Mold Removal.
2. The solicitation will result in an ID/IQ contract with a guaranteed amount of € 30,000.00 for the entire contract period and an estimated maximum contract value of € 7,000,000.00.
3. Contract period: 01 September 2020 - 31 August 2025.
4. Thirty (30) % of the work must be performed by the prime contractor.
5. The solicitation will be issued on this web site on or about 15 January 2020 with an anticipated bid opening date of approximately 17 February 2020. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon parties to review the website frequently for any updates/amendments.
6. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the RCO Bavaria.
7. Work will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany).
8. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12).
