Maintenance and Support of Multi-Function Copiers

The City seeks technical assistance and professional expertise to repair, maintain, replace, and/or rebuild 33 copiers located within various locations. Expertise in Canon multi-function copiers is required to ensure proper installations, updates, and disassemble of the machines. The contractor selected for the Maintenance Agreement shall provide the office with on-site training to site Administrators to ensure the usage of the machines function at full capacity. The responsible bidder shall provide a technical proposal based on the criteria outlined in this RFP. Bidders must adequately meet all of the criteria specified in order to be considered technically acceptable for the award.
