Maintenance and Service Agreement for Ricoh Multi-functional Digital Copiers
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought) announcement pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part10 Market Research. This market research is being conducted to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to provide verification as a Ricoh Authorized Dealer to provide maintenance for Ricoh Multi Digital Copier Pro 7110SX for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement and may result in the issuance of a solicitation. The SAC is requesting responses from qualified business concerns. The qualifying North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is utilizing 811212 Computer and Office Machine Repair and Maintenance. This sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classifications relative to Computer and Office Machine Repair and Maintenance It will also be used to identify qualified and responsible small business vendors (e.g. Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business/Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB/VOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), 8(a), Small Disadvantaged, Women-Owned Small Business) having an interest in and possess the resources to provide verification as a Ricoh Authorized Dealer in order to provide maintenance for Ricoh Multi Digital Copier Pro 7110SX for the VA.
