Maintenance and Repair of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
The Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden (RCOW) intends to solicit and competitively award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with Time and Materials Contract Line Items for preventive maintenance and on-call and emergency repairs of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems within the US Army Garrison (USAG) Wiesbaden. The work under this contract will be performed at various locations within USAG Wiesbaden with most of the work being on Hainerberg and Clay Kaserne. The performance period will be for one base period of 12 months beginning on or around 1 September 2017. All offers shall be in the English language and prices in the EURO currency.
Solicitation W912CM-18-Q-0011 will be issued on or around March 1, 2018. The Solicitation and any amendments will be posted to FedBizOpps.
