Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The U.S. Consulate General Milan, Italy will launch the solicitation on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website when it is available. The solicitation covers scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair services at the U.S. Consulate General in Milan, Italy. The Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to perform all services as required in the contract.

Anticipated performance is for one base period and four one year periods at the option of the U.S. Government. Total number of buildings to be serviced per year: 1.


All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered.


The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.


Please note that in order to be eligible for a U.S. Government award SAM registration is required
pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of proposals.


No electronic offers will be accepted. Please mail your offer to the contracting office listed in this notice prior to the response date and time.
