Maintenance Support for Membrane Equipment
This document is intended to establish an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity purchase agreement contract to provide with such quantities of parts, service and maintenance for the membrane equipment manufactured under Zenon Process Equipment and other related items as the County may order from time to time by issue of purchase orders pursuant to a resulting executed and effective agreement.
